Quilt Cruise for "Sew Many Places" Feb/Mar 2011
WOW! Talk about a grand time! Put together the opportunity to teach on a quilt cruise to the Caribbean, throw in the opportunity to teach my new technique "Square-agonals", add fifteen sweet lovable ladies, stir in perfect tropical weather.....and you have the trip to dream of!
We really did have a great cruise. Jim West, owner of "Sew Many Places" joined us and it gave me a chance to meet him. What a great, energetic guy he is! My co-teacher in this adventure was Patti Hempen from Texas. We both have different quilt talents so the students really learned a lot!
I love you girls! and Scott and Megan and Jim! Here a few pictures, more will follow in the days to come.

Quote for the day
My own longevity emits from a love affair with life. I believe the way to get out of bed is with a leap and to hold the conviction that each day is going to be the greatest day of my life.
