Next Wednesday, April 19, I will be visiting the Columbus Metropolitan Quilters Guild.  I will be presenting my Square-agonals lecture/Trunk Show/Book Signing.  Looking forward to the evening and hospitality of Diane!  Promise to post photos!

Catching up again!

Well here I go again, trying to catch up instead of getting ahead!

Want to share some photos with you of my last few events.  First are pics from the MCEO Quilt Show at the "Barn" where I had a vending table.  Was a great weekend and met a lot of new quilters as well as many friends.   Also enjoyed viewing the beautiful quilts.  Many of them were done by my friends and students.

Next I have some photos from my "Book Tour" for the Kanawha Valley Libraries.  I visited the libraries in Charleston, St. Albans, and Sissonville, WV.  It was a great tour.  Very successful, lots of attendees, and lots of fun!  Thank you Kim for inviting me!

Quilt Cruise for "Sew Many Places" Feb/Mar 2011

WOW! Talk about a grand time!  Put together the opportunity to teach on a quilt cruise to the Caribbean, throw in the opportunity to teach my new technique "Square-agonals", add fifteen sweet lovable ladies, stir in perfect tropical weather.....and you have the trip to dream of!

We really did have a great cruise.  Jim West, owner of "Sew Many Places" joined us and it gave me a chance to meet him.  What a great, energetic guy he is!  My co-teacher in this adventure was Patti Hempen from Texas.  We both have different quilt talents so the students really learned a lot!

I love you girls! and Scott and Megan and Jim!  Here a few pictures, more will follow in the days to come.
